All prices on the site apply to businesses and are excl. VAT. You pay for licences and usage with Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and automation platforms directly, on your own account. We estimate usage before we build.

Grant

How the bill is split

The grant is 50 % of the advisory cost excl. VAT. It applies from a cost of 100,000 DKK and reaches its ceiling at 300,000 DKK. Move the slider to see your share.

Our programme starts at 100,000 DKK with about 70 advisory hours and can be extended up to 300,000 DKK, where the grant reaches 150,000 DKK. It runs for up to 8 months. Setting up solutions is not covered by the grant.

Trust

What you can count on

  • Your accounts, your data. Everything is built on your own accounts and in your environment. If we stop working together, the solutions keep running without us, and it costs 0 DKK a month afterwards.
  • A person approves. Agents prepare and suggest. Anything sent to customers or entered in your accounts is approved by someone on your team.
  • GDPR and the EU AI Act. We clarify which data may be processed where, and help with data processing agreements and guidelines for AI use. Read about AI policy.
  • Honest recommendations. We do not resell licences. If the task can be solved cheaper or without AI, we say so.

Questions we often get

How do you make sure the solution gets used?

We hand over the solution with a walkthrough in your own workflows, guidelines for safe use and follow-up during the pilot period. Otherwise use often ends up sporadic and dependent on individuals.

Which AI tool should we choose?

It depends on your systems and tasks. If you work in Microsoft 365, Copilot is often the natural choice. With few users, ChatGPT or Claude can be a cheaper and stronger starting point. We clarify this on the first call.

How quickly can we get started?

A defined task is typically live three to six weeks after the first call: one to two weeks of clarification and two to four weeks of setup and testing.

Can we put customer data into ChatGPT or Copilot?

Yes, when it happens in the business editions with a data processing agreement, where your data is not used to train the models and access follows your own permissions. Which data may be used where goes into your AI policy.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep everything: setup, documentation and access. You only depend on us if you choose to.
