A short policy for staff and an overview of access and sharing issues found and fixed.
After a grant programme

Always
All accounts, setups and documents stay with you. If the work ends, it costs you 0 DKK a month to us afterwards, and there is no lock-in. Nothing is locked to us.
Almost everything we do has a fixed price. That moves the risk from you to us: if a job takes longer than expected, that is our problem. In return, the scope is agreed in writing before we start, so both sides know what is included.
We only use hourly rates for small adjustments and for SMV:Digital programmes, where the rules require invoices to show hours and hourly rate.

Half is invoiced at the start, the rest on handover.

Our recommendation
A 90-minute session where we find the two or three tasks that save the most time and choose the tool. You get a written plan.

Book a call about itIt depends on the tool and how much the solution is used. We estimate it before we build, and you pay the provider directly on your own account.
Then we stop and agree it with you before more hours are spent. You never get an invoice you have not agreed to.
Yes. Smaller changes are done at the hourly rate or as part of operation and maintenance.
Everything runs on your own accounts with operating documentation, so what is running keeps running, and another consultant can take over from the documentation. On a fixed price, delay is our risk, and the second half of the price is only paid at handover.
Yes. The person you talk to is the person who does the work. That is why I take a limited number of jobs at a time.
