Terms
These terms apply to agreements with Implement AI ApS unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In short
Prices. Business prices are excl. VAT. Prices for private individuals are incl. VAT. Fixed prices cover the scope stated in the offer.
Payment. Fixed-price jobs are invoiced half at the start and the rest on handover. Ongoing services are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment terms: 14 days.
Licences and usage. Licences, usage and third-party services are paid by the customer directly to the provider on the customer's own account.
Ownership. Everything built for the customer belongs to the customer once paid.
Termination. Running and maintenance can be terminated with one month's notice to the end of a month.
Right of withdrawal for private individuals. If you buy as a private individual online, by email or phone, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you ask us to start within the 14 days, you pay for the part delivered if you withdraw.
Data. Where we process personal data on the customer's behalf, a data processing agreement is signed.
Liability. We deliver to the best professional standard. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the job in question and excludes indirect loss.
Disputes. Danish law applies. Private individuals can complain to Nævnenes Hus.
