What about GDPR and data security?
We start by clarifying which data may be processed where. Solutions are built on your own accounts, with data processing agreements where required, and a person approves what goes out.
Does everyone need a Copilot licence?
Rarely. We recommend starting with the roles that write the most and spend the most time in meetings, and measuring the effect before expanding.
Can we use Copilot with sensitive data?
Yes, once access and labelling are in place. That is exactly what the review ensures.
Do we have obligations regarding staff AI literacy?
Yes. After the July 2026 amendment of the EU AI Act, businesses using AI must take measures that support their staff's AI literacy. It is an obligation of effort, and you must be able to show what you have done. Guidelines and documentation are part of the setup.
