SMV:Digital: get half of your AI plan paid for
Almost half of Danish SMEs have worked with AI, but few have got any further. Implement AI is an approved advisor in SMV:Digital, the Danish government grant programme, and the state pays half of the advisory work that gives you a plan you can carry out. The grant is 50 % and up to 150,000 DKK. A 100,000 DKK programme excl. VAT costs you 50,000 DKK, and larger programmes are scaled to the project.

How the bill is split
The grant is 50 % of the advisory cost excl. VAT. It applies from a cost of 100,000 DKK and reaches its ceiling at 300,000 DKK. Move the slider to see your share.
Our programme starts at 100,000 DKK with about 70 advisory hours and can be extended up to 300,000 DKK, where the grant reaches 150,000 DKK. It runs for up to 8 months. Setting up solutions is not covered by the grant.
You pay the full amount up front. The grant is paid out once the programme has been reported.
What the programme includes
- Mapping of workflows, systems and data
- Analysis of where AI and automation raise productivity the most
- Analysis of data security, GDPR and the EU AI Act
- Tool selection and a prioritised implementation plan with business case
- Follow-up advice while the plan is put into practice
Roughly 70 advisory hours over up to 8 months. We take at most three grant programmes per round.

For a trades or service business, the programme might cover the path from enquiry to quote, invoice and follow-up. For an accounting firm, reminders, vouchers and year-end work. The plan is always built on your own workflows and numbers.
Our approval as an advisor can be verified in the official advisor database used in the market survey.

Applications run 9 to 16 November 2026. A good project description takes time, so start with the assessment now.

What the grant does not cover
The grant only covers advisory work that analyses, prepares, plans or follows up. Setup, configuration and programming are not covered. If you want agents or workflows set up after the plan, that is agreed separately at our fixed prices. We keep the two fully separate so your grant is never at risk.

Questions
Can we get a grant?
Yes, if you are an SME with at least 2 full-time equivalents and at most 249 employees. Implement AI is an approved SMV:Digital advisor, and the grant covers half of the advisory work. The setup itself is not covered. We help with the application for free.
What happens if our application is rejected?
Then it costs you nothing. Help with the application is free, and you only commit once your grant is approved and you have chosen an advisor after the market survey.
How much can we get?
The grant is 50 % of the advisory cost excl. VAT, between 50,000 and 150,000 DKK. Our programme starts at 100,000 DKK, where the grant is 50,000 DKK. A larger programme of up to 300,000 DKK gives a grant of up to 150,000 DKK.
Can we co-finance with our own hours?
No. In the current funding pool, co-financing must be paid in cash.
What does help with the application cost?
Nothing. Application costs are not eligible, and we only take on programmes we believe in.
When can we start?
Only after your grant has been approved and you have completed a market survey. Work before that is not eligible.
